St. Clair Hospital had grown from a quiet community hospital to a first-rate major medical centerâbut many people, even in the local community, didn’t know it. That posed a serious problem as the hospital prepared to launch a capital campaign.
We were asked to write a casebook that would highlight St. Clair’s growth and expertise in a way that would motivate contributions. We worked with the hospital to identify emblematic patients and the health care team members who had treated them, telling the story of St. Clair’s growth and capabilities through their eyes.
